Return Policy

Any item may be returned within 60 days of the purchase date if they are in their original, brand new condition.  To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original, brand new condition including all original parts, components and paperwork.  Items not returned in their original condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.  You must first contact us for return authorization prior to sending your return. 

Exceptions to this policy include any items that are used by or within close proximity of the ears, nose or mouth.  Due to health precautions, these items are not returnable to the dealer and must be sent directly to the manufacturer for warranty service.

Damages occurred in shipping must reported to us within 72 hours for us to file a claim with the carrier.
