Thank you for shopping with Guitar Audio. We work hard to ship orders quickly and safely.

U.S. Shipping

All U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during high-volume periods may take slightly longer.

We may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate carrier depending on the order.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed after your order has been packaged.

Please allow time for tracking to update after shipment. Some economy services may provide limited tracking.

International Shipping

International orders generally have an estimated delivery time of 2–4 weeks from the date of shipment.

Delivery may take longer due to customs processing and import inspections.

International delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Tracking may also become limited after a package leaves the United States or is transferred to a local postal carrier.

Address Problems

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number.

For damaged shipments, please keep the item, shipping box, packaging, and shipping label. Photos may be required for a carrier claim.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot find it, please first check around the delivery area, with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier.

We will do our best to help investigate shipping problems and determine the appropriate next steps.
