Meet the Staurday Night Special. These Classic-voiced pickups use an Alnico 4 magnet for fat tones straight out of the late 70s. They bridge the output level gap between the vintage 50s and modern humbuckers. Unlike traditional humbuckers, these are voiced to be a litte hotter and fatter in the bridge position, and a little clearer and less "wooly" in the neck. They're more aggressive than 50s-style models, but without the compression of most high gain pickups.
