How does Free Shipping work?

All United States orders qualify for Free Standard Shipping regardless of order value.

When will my order ship?

99% of the in-stock items in our store will ship out the same or next business day.  There are a few exceptions and you can locate the Dispatch Time on each Product Page by clicking on the Additional Details tab.

What method of shipping do you use?

We use a combination of USPS, UPS & FedEx depending on the size of the item and the customer's location.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, tracking information will be emailed to the customer after the order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.  Transit times will vary depending on the receiving country's customs and postal service.
